Discount Membership Rates:
$00 – Child (age 0-5) — Parent/Guardian must be onsite with child at all times
$20 – Child (age 6-12) — Parent/Guardian must be onsite with child at all times
$25 – Youth (age 13-17) — Requires a signed parental/guardian waiver form
$30 – College Student — Requires a current College ID
$30 – Military and Family — Requires a current Military ID for each individual
$30 – Educator (Includes school and library staff) — Relevant ID needed
$30 – Member of a Fan Club (Group must include at least 10 attending Members)
In order to pick up your badge you will need:
• A valid (non-expired) Photo ID and your PayPal receipt in case there are questions.
The following are acceptable for your Photo IDs: Military IDs, School IDs, State IDs, Driver’s Licenses, and Passports.
Please be aware that if your ID does not have a birthdate listed on it, you will be unable to participate in any 18+ programming. You will be carded.
• All minors under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
• All minors between the ages of 13-17 must have a Minor Waiver signed by a parent or guardian in addition to a valid picture ID in order to pick up or purchase a badge. These waivers can be obtained on the website and at the Regular Attendee Registration office in the Ascot Room.
There are three different areas for Registration\Check-in:
Regular Attendee Registration: is located in the Ascot Room
Special Attendee Registration: is located in the Fairfield Room for the following: Special Guests, Press, Industry, and Programming Participants.
Exhibitors Check-in: is located in the Regency Ballroom Foyer Check-In Table for the following: Artist Alley, Vendors, Fan Tables, Swap Meet, and Volunteers.
Complimentary Press, Industry and Fan Table badges are non-transferrable.
If you have lost your badge, first check at the “Lost and Found” which is located in Galleria II.
If it is not at the “Lost and Found” area then go to your specific registration/check-in location.
Regular Attendees: please check in the Ascot Room. If you are unable to locate your badge, for you will be able to purchase a replacement badge for a fee of $25.
Special Attendees: please check at the Fairfield Registration Desk.
Exhibitors: please check at the Exhibitor check-in table in the Regency Ballroom Foyer.
Please Note: Your Unique Registration/Check-in area (Regular, Special, Exhibitors) handles all issues pertaining to your badges and membership.
